蛋仔 - egg dough?

i don't even know what to call them in English but these egg dough snacks are amazing here in HK. I have had them once at NYC's Chinatown and I thought they were pretty good. However, everything in HK just tastes so much better, more authentic.



These egg doughs are popular HK style snacks and they are sold as street food. I got these near TST area and they are crispy on the outside and fluffy and soft on the inside. When you take a bite out of it, flavor just burst out! I highly recommend it. I feel like Chinatown's version is watered-down, the flavor is rather bland compare to the HK version. It was about $12HKD for the bag! Delicious! Pure bliss! I cannot wait to buy it again!
