Kinder Surprise Chocolate Eggs

If you live in U.S., you probably have never had a Kinder Surprise chocolate egg. I know I have never heard of it. So finally I got to try it here in HK!

Kinder Surprise Chocolate Eggs are sold everywhere except in the U.S. b/c Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act prohibits embedding "non-nutritive" items in confection.  For safety reasons, American kids will never experience a Kinder Egg!

Kinder Eggs originated from Italy. I think its popularity has spread beyond its intended market. Adults often collect the toys inside the chocolate. It was really fun eating one. The toys were super cute. I can't wait to eat my 3rd egg!
